Before entering real estate, Ezra developed an extensive background in EMS and fire service, earning a degree in Fire Technology at Palomar College and working in the industry from 2016-2023. His experience in emergency services shaped the qualities that continue to define his approach to real estate: empathy, preparation, clear communication, and the ability to remain focused when it matters most. He carries that same commitment to service into every transaction, working proactively to anticipate challenges, simplify complex decisions, and create as smooth and stress-free an experience as possible.

Being born and raised in Temecula and North County SD as his home, Ezra has a deep-rooted connection to the community and a genuine appreciation for the lifestyle that makes Southern California such a special place to call home. His history in the Temecula Valley, combined with his education and work throughout North County San Diego, allows him to help clients navigate a diverse range of communities, market conditions, and real estate opportunities. Outside of real estate, Ezra’s greatest priorities are his faith and family. He lives in Oceanside with his wife, dog, and cat enjoying the beachtown vibes, deep community, and unique lifestyle that makes it home. In his free time, he enjoys traveling and exploring the world with his wife, staying active through rock climbing, trampwall, surfing, running, golfing, pickleball, snorkeling, fishing and being home resting after an active day. His home church is Rhythm Church in Oceanside that has been breath of fresh air filled with intentional relationships, spirit filling teaching, and community outreach.
